Mr. Forster: Mother, the problem is we cannot cash any of these checks
Madre Teresa: I don't understand. Why not?
Father Serrano: Because none of these associations exist.
Mr. Forster: We have thousands of volunteers that work for us but not one single organization that binds them all together.
Madre Teresa: As soon as three people get themselves together in a room all they want to do is set up a company.
Father Serrano: But there aren't just three of us anymore, Mother. We have volunteers all over the world.
Anna: Mother Teresa, I think the idea of an association would be a good one. We could put thousands of volunteers in different countries in contact with one another. We would be better coordinated.
Mr. Forster: We could publish a newsletter to bind our organization together.
Madre Teresa: I don't want to form a company. I'm not interested in numbers. I just want our work to be the work of love.
Father Serrano: And why should it change, Mother? Why can't there be love in all this?
Madre Teresa: Let me tell you something. I would prefer things simpler. More... how can I put it? More disorganized. Happily disorganized.
